This comment is, unfortunately, part of an ongoing smear campaign led by two clients whom we supported with care and integrity throughout their international real estate journey. From furnishing their property to assisting with mortgage arrangements and opening their U.S. bank account — we provided services far beyond industry standards, and did so at no additional cost, out of genuine commitment. When they faced financial difficulties at the time of closing, we extended a personal loan of several dozens of thousands of dollars to help them secure their property, preventing the loss of what would have been hundreds of thousands of euros. Shortly after we kindly began requesting repayment of that loan, negative public statements began to appear — which, sadly, do not reflect the reality of our efforts or our professionalism. To be transparent, they have already engaged two separate law firms, both of whom we fully cooperated with. After reviewing the situation, both firms concluded there were no legal grounds to proceed and recognized our good faith throughout. It is regrettable that this has turned into an attempt to damage our professional and personal reputation online. Nonetheless, our commitment to our clients remains unchanged. We continue to provide all our owners with direct access to a dedicated owner relations manager 7 days a week, along with full visibility via a real-time owner portal. We are now taking the necessary steps to protect ourselves against this digital harassment — while maintaining the same professionalism and respect we’ve upheld since the beginning.
